Marcin Barysz (Martin B., born 1957 Mikolow). Painter, printer, photographer.

He grew up in Tychy. In 1985 he left Poland and after many months he settled down in Berlin. Since 1989 he’s worked also in Poland as an editor, translator, photographer. In his life he works in many different sectors – he was an actor, director, gardener, yoga instructor. He believes that art and the world around as communicate and live in unity. All these elements are present in his artworks – in landscape photographs transformed into magical and colourful quasi-abstractions or in mysterious and subtle prints. From being just a spectator to creating the world!
